What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean emphasizes respecting people through the systematic elimination of waste, using value as defined by the customer. Six Sigma combines statistical and quality management tools to drive toward 99.99966% defect-free outputs.
Combined, Lean Six Sigma equips practitioners with a diverse set of problem-solving approaches. Green Belts serve as tactical change agents, while Black Belts apply greater expertise at strategic, organizational levels.
