Learn the fundamentals to work immediately in a Lean environment and understand what organizations expect.
8-hour in-person or self-paced online course covering Lean and Six Sigma history, structured problem-solving, and the DMAIC process phases. No prerequisites required.

Green Belt
Develop problem-solving, process-improvement, and facilitation skills to implement cost-reducing, quality-enhancing solutions.
30-hour, project-based curriculum with simulations, case studies, and team dynamics (plus 4–5 study hours). A final team presentation and project documentation are required. No prerequisites. Tuition $1,500 (AALSSC exam included).

Advance your knowledge to lead strategic change initiatives at the executive level.
30-hour program covering statistical process control, strategic planning, financial metrics, and organizational optimization (plus 10–20 study hours). Prerequisite: Green Belt certification or equivalent. Tuition $2,000 (AALSSC exam included).
