Meet the People Behind the Training

Craig Johnson holds a Manufacturing Engineering degree from Weber State University. Introduced to Lean Six Sigma in 2004, he earned Black Belt certification and spent more than 20 years in engineering and manufacturing before transitioning to corporate and workforce education.

He specializes in group facilitation, conflict resolution, root cause analysis, and process mapping. In his words: “It is because of and for my wife and children that I can overcome any obstacle.”
